1. Booking and Payment

1.1. A booking is considered confirmed only after the required booking deposit has been received.

1.2. At the time of booking, 50% of the total tour cost must be paid as a booking deposit.

1.3. The remaining 50% balance payment must be paid no later than 30 days before the scheduled travel date.

1.4. For bookings made within 30 days of the scheduled travel date, 100% of the total tour cost is payable at the time of booking.

1.5. Failure to make the balance payment by the applicable due date may result in cancellation of the booking, subject to the applicable cancellation and refund terms.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

2.1. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through the contact details provided by the Company.

2.2. Cancellation within 24 hours of booking: Customers are eligible for a full refund, except for any non-refundable third-party charges, including but not limited to flight tickets, visa fees, insurance premiums, booking fees, or other charges imposed by third-party service providers.

2.3. Cancellation after the 24-hour free cancellation period will be subject to the following refund schedule:

2.4. The applicable refund will be calculated based on the total tour cost and will remain subject to deductions for any non-refundable third-party services or charges.

2.5. Once a cancellation has been processed, the applicable refund will be issued within 15–30 days from the date of cancellation.

2.6. Refunds will be made only to the original mode of payment used for the booking.

3. Force Majeure

3.1. The Company shall not be liable for any failure, delay, alteration, or cancellation of travel arrangements resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

3.2. Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to, government restrictions, pandemics, natural disasters, severe weather conditions, war, civil unrest, strikes, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events.

3.3. In the event of a Force Majeure situation, rescheduling of the tour may be offered subject to availability and applicable conditions.

3.4. No cash or payment refund will be provided for cancellations arising solely due to Force Majeure circumstances, except where required by applicable law or where a refund is expressly available from the relevant third-party service provider.

4. Third-Party Services

4.1. Certain components of a tour, including flights, hotels, transportation, visas, travel insurance, activities, permits, and other services, may be provided by independent third-party service providers.

4.2. Refunds, cancellations, amendments, penalties, and charges relating to such services will be governed by the respective terms and conditions of the relevant service provider.

4.3. The Company shall not be responsible for non-refundable amounts, cancellation fees, penalties, or other charges imposed by third-party providers.

4.4. Customers are responsible for ensuring that they meet all applicable visa, passport, immigration, vaccination, insurance, and other travel requirements.

5. Tour Itinerary and Changes

5.1. Tour itineraries, schedules, accommodations, transportation, activities, and other arrangements are subject to availability.

5.2. The Company reserves the right to modify the itinerary, accommodation, transportation, activities, or schedule where reasonably necessary due to operational requirements, safety concerns, weather conditions, local circumstances, or circumstances beyond its control.

5.3. Where a change is necessary, the Company will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative arrangement of comparable standard wherever possible.

6. Travel Documents and Customer Responsibilities

6.1. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required to make and process their booking.

6.2. Customers must ensure that their passport and other required travel documents are valid for the entire duration of the trip and comply with the requirements of the destination country.

6.3. Customers are responsible for obtaining any required visas, permits, travel insurance, vaccinations, or other documentation unless specifically stated otherwise in the booking confirmation.

6.4. The Company shall not be responsible for losses, additional costs, missed travel arrangements, or cancellation resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer or failure to obtain the required travel documents.

7. Pricing and Additional Charges

7.1. Tour prices are based on the inclusions stated in the applicable tour package or booking confirmation.

7.2. Any services or expenses not expressly included in the package price shall be the responsibility of the customer.

7.3. Additional costs may apply for optional activities, upgrades, additional transportation, meals, personal expenses, excess baggage, visa fees, travel insurance, or other services not included in the tour package.

8. Health, Safety and Travel Requirements

8.1. Customers are responsible for ensuring that they are physically and otherwise capable of participating in the selected tour and its activities.

8.2. Customers should obtain appropriate travel insurance before departure, particularly where recommended for the destination or activities included in the tour.

8.3. Customers must comply with applicable laws, local regulations, safety instructions, and reasonable directions provided by the Company, tour representatives, guides, hotels, transportation providers, or activity operators.

9. Liability

9.1. The Company will take reasonable steps to provide the services described in the booking confirmation.

9.2. The Company shall not be liable for losses, delays, cancellations, injuries, damages, expenses, or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control or by the acts or omissions of independent third-party service providers, except to the extent required by applicable law.

9.3. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Booking Confirmation

10.1. Customers should carefully review their booking confirmation, itinerary, payment details, inclusions, exclusions, and travel dates immediately after receiving them.

10.2. Any errors or discrepancies should be reported to the Company as soon as possible.

10.3. By making a booking and paying the applicable amount, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the payment, cancellation, refund, and Force Majeure policies.

11. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

11.1. The Company reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

11.2. The Terms & Conditions applicable to a booking will generally be those in effect at the time the booking is confirmed, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

12. Governing Law

12.1. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates.

12.2. Any disputes arising in connection with a booking or these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts or authorities of that jurisdiction.
