- Booking Deposit: At the time of booking, 50% of the total tour cost must be paid as a booking amount.
- Balance Payment: The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 30 days before the travel date.
- Last‑Minute Bookings: For bookings made within 30 days of travel, 100% payment is required at the time of booking.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation Window:
Cancel within 24 hours of booking → Full refund (minus any non‑refundable third‑party fees such as flights/visas).
Tiered Refunds:
- Up to 30 days before travel → 75% refund of total tour cost.
- 15–29 days before travel → 50% refund of total tour cost.
- 7–14 days before travel → 25% refund of total tour cost.Less than

Force Majeure Policy: In case of government restrictions, pandemics, or natural disasters, only rescheduling is allowed. No refunds will be processed.
Third‑Party Services: Flights, visas, and insurance are subject to the respective provider’s refund rules.
Refund Timeline
- Refunds will be processed within 15–30 days from the date of cancellation.
- Refunds are credited back to the original mode of payment only.
